NOMAD NOÉ Dreamer In London Candle

“My Sunday self-care routine is all about relaxing and recharging. I clean on Saturday nights (yes, my idea of nightlife), so I can wake up on Sunday to the smell of lavender, mixed with the aroma of a Nomad Noe candle (my new obsession). I like candles with aromas that fill the air. Then, I have a mini concert with my Devialet wireless speaker. This past Sunday was all about the smell of vanilla and the sounds of Summer Walker while mentally preparing for the Wild West of social media.”

RAHUA Hydration Conditioner

“Sunday mornings are completely dedicated to my hair. I have a very simple routine, but I take a little extra time to prep my hair so I can resist as long as possible between washes during the week. My go to shampoo and conditioner is Rahua’s Hydration line. Both are super hydrating. I double wash if needed and make sure I completely rinse out the products with a warm temperature to open up the cuticle in my scalp and let the oils absorb. I usually do a quick final rinse with cold water to close the scalp cuticles. This is a quick trick I use to keep my hair healthier and shinier. Before I blow dry, I spray Oribe’s Royal Blowout heat styling spray. Then I use the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer and Sally Hershberger’s large round brush—both fundamental for easy styling. The Dyson literally cut down my drying time by 50%! Last but not least, I massage a small amount of Rahua’s smoothing balm on ends, frizz and flyaways and I am perfect to go.”

LAB TO BEAUTY The Transforming Bath Bomb

“A good Sunday situation starts with me lighting a candle. I really love the Byredo Loveless one. I start with drawing a bath and using a Lab to Beauty bath bomb. While that all goes down, I put on the Sunday Riley Blue Moon cleanser and relax in the bath for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, I put on the Midnight Recovery serum by Kiehl’s and finish with La Mer Crème De La Mer. I’ll complete my self-care with watching trash TV or playing some video games!”

FORIA Basics Tonic 30ml

“On Sundays, I wake up and spend three hours at the gym doing CrossFit and a weightlifting class. Working out really hard in the morning leaves me feeling sort of putty-ish. To relax my muscles and body after my workouts, I’ll add some droplets of CBD oil to my favorite flavored seltzer waters. Then, I might take a nap, and I’ll burn incense or candles for ambiance. I’m always burning 5 or 6 different things because I like all kinds of different scents intermingling in the house. My all-time favorite candle is the Cire Trudone Abde El Kader, but I also like their Empire scent.”

CHANTECAILLE Nano Gold Energizing Eye Serum

“On Sunday nights, I love to treat myself to a long and indulgent ‘me time’ routine as a way to prep for the week, both mentally and dermatologically! Starting by following the K-beauty pro- tip of double cleansing, I first use an oil cleanser such as MALIN+GOETZ’s Facial Cleansing Oil  before using a water-based cleanser by La Mer. I move onto my toner, serum, and moisturizer mixed in with a little gold dust for extra glow! I am really focused on my under-eye treatments to ensure I look well rested after the weekend, so I use Chantecaille’s Nano Gold Energizing Eye Serum as my holy grail to de-puffing! I end my routine with some oils, both for the face and body. For my face I use Clé de Peau Beauté’s Radiant Multi Repair Oil, and for my body I used Kjaer Weis’s Body Oil. My final step includes a full night of beauty sleep on my Slip Silk to ensure that all of the products I just applied get absorbed by my skin and not my pillowcase!”

“My routine is rather simple. I don’t like to fuss with a lot of different products because my skin tends to be sensitive, so I find the ones that react best with my skin. Augustinus Bader Rich Cream is my go-to because I can put a little bit on in the morning before my makeup, yet I can put a lot on at night to soak in while I sleep. I just re-stocked on my Diptyque Baies candles with the 3-wick style, and I can’t wait to burn it all weekend—something about the scent makes you feel super relaxed and mellow. I’m a sucker for masks, whether it’s Hanacure or Beboe Therapies, and I usually try to stick to a Sunday routine of a face mask before bed—it mentally sets me up for a good week ahead.”

AESOP Redemption Body Balm

“These Aesop products are foundational to my daily process of getting ready for the day—I shampoo, condition, and use the body scrub. Then I moisturize with Aesop’s Redemption body balm. There’s such an indulgence in long showers where I can rejuvenate, introspect, and clear the mind. The more involved the shower routine, the more it takes on a ritualistic quality for me. So on Sundays, when I usually roll out of bed in the early afternoon, I like to take the extra step of applying a deep cleansing face masque in addition to my exfoliant. The 15 minutes it takes to let the clay dry affords me the chance to meditate in silence.”

KIEHL’S SINCE 1851 Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Masque

“My Sunday routine is washing my hair, and sometimes I’ll include a face mask. The Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Masque is one of my favorites because it minimizes my pores, brightens my face, and leaves my skin feeling extra smooth. Before I moisturize, I’ll apply MALIN+GOETZ’s Replenishing Face Serum. When it comes to washing my hair, I need to use strong products to nourish my waves and curls. I use Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo, conditioner, and Intense Hydrating Mask. After, I’ll use a detangler spray and R+Co’s Turntable curl defining créme, which allows my hair to air dry to soft and shiny waves.”
