“The grilled octopus is my favorite because it reminds me of being in southern Italy in the summer. I love the way Mark chars it a little. The Palm Beach Salad is my go-to 12 months a year. It is light and healthy, but you feel like you have really eaten a meal. I still do not know what he puts in the green goddess dressing, but I can’t get enough.”
“My favorite dish at Freds is the lasagna bolognese; it makes everything better. The bechamel sauce is to die for. Clients always ask me what is my favorite dish and I let them know it’s the lasagna. Ten out of ten, they always agree after trying the dish.”
