O Café

“I love O Café in Greenwich Village. Even though it’s not in my neighborhood, I try to go from time to time. I am close friends with the owner, Fernando Aciar. I love his range of teas and Pao de Queijo—it’s even better than the Pao de Queijo I had in Brazil. He is also an incredible Argentinian chef and his treats are super delectable.” -Danielle Sherman
What To Wear To O Café
Estela

“It’s pure, simple food with incredibly intense flavor. I’m always surprised by the mix of flavors and how well they work together. I’ve known the chef, Ignacio Mattos, for the past 10 years. He trained under Alice Waters and the Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann—both incredibly creative.” -Danielle Sherman
Hauser & Wirth

“I recently went to Hauser & Wirth and saw an exhibition I really liked by the artist Subodh Gupta, where he photographed people in the outskirts of Delhi in black and white. My favorite piece from his installation is called ‘Orange Thing,’ which is made of steel and copper. From a distance, it looks like a starburst of metal work, but up close it’s simply hundreds of metal tongs.” -Danielle Sherman
