For the Council of Fashion Designers of America, designers get to have fun dressing attendees for an awards show that honors their talent and those who have made a mark in the fashion industry. Last night, designer Azeeza Khan got ready for the ceremony, which was held at the Brooklyn Museum, with three model muses who all wore her designs: Riley Montana, Jacquelyn Jablonski, and Maria Borges.

Seeing the models radiate in their bold gowns, it’s no wonder Azeeza has been successful since its inception in 2014. Scroll on to see the modern, elegant femininity that Azeeza stands for.

“Riley and I have been friends for years; she’s def one of my ‘day ones,’ so to have her be my muse for such an iconic evening brought everything full circle. And she always brings a levity to the kind of fashion events that people so often forget are supposed to be fun.”

“All of the girls genuinely embodied the brand and dresses, and most importantly, they felt their beautiful best, which added a whole layer of spirit to the evening.” Jacquelyn tries on the Dmitri Jewel-Embellished Silk Jumpsuit.

“I let them choose as well, so it was nice to see two pieces from our Barneys FW19 curation make the cut (the Cirrus and Almira). The pieces release later this month and are represented so beautifully.”

“Jacquelyn and Maria added to the dream team, as I wanted the vibes to be ethereal but forward-thinking. I focus on modern elegance and fresh femininity, and these girls carried that mission to a T.”
