You’re invited to join us October 28 and 29 at our Madison Avenue flagship to be the first to have access to the designers, products, and activities you won’t find anywhere else.

Barneys CEO and President Daniella Vitale is quick to agree. “Barneys has always been known as a place for the convergence of entertainment, exclusive designer collaboration, and unique experiences,” she says. “With thedrop@barneys, we are introducing a whole new concept—blending exclusive launches from the best new designers, one-of-a-kind experiences, compelling content, food, and music, all coming together to give our customer a new and innovative way to explore and experience Barneys.”
On day one, October 28, nine major collections will be released throughout the day, with personal appearances by each of the designers: Virgil Abloh of Off-White, Mike Amiri, Heron Preston, Marcelo Burlon, Greg Lauren, Francesco Ragazzi of Palm Angels, Ben Taverniti, Faith Connexion, and Jerry Lorenzo of FEAR OF GOD. Beyond these designer appearances, a total of 30 capsule collections will be launching both at Madison Avenue and online this first day. Other exclusive releases include Gucci, Alpha Industries, Alexander Wang, A-COLD-WALL*, 424, Ambush, Visitor on Earth, and many more.
On day two, October 29, Highsnobiety and Barneys will be hosting panel discussions at Madison Avenue that will feature a variety of designers, influencers, and fashion industry insiders. Can’t make it in person for the second day? The discussions will also be livestreamed on Facebook by both Barneys and Highsnobiety. If you’re lucky enough to be in-store, though, other activities going on will include an appearance and signing by Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter of The Roots, a special handbag project from Saint Laurent, custom hat orders from Nick Fouquet, Converse chain-stitching customization, SWEAR shoe customization, and others.
All told, the weekend will include activities and appearances throughout the store across men’s, women’s, kids’, home, beauty and jewelry. You’ll have the chance to experience a variety of in-store goings on that you won’t find anywhere else, including a T-shirt bar featuring 25 exclusive graphic tee styles from coveted brands, a DJ set from designers Heron Preston and Off-White’s Virgil Abloh, FEAR OF GOD’s Jerry Lorenzo’s own curated space, a custom FILA immersive experience, tattoos from celebrity tattoo artist Jonboy, piercings from renowned piercer J. Colby Smith, a custom sneaker bar, and the list goes on and on.
