Was it really only a month ago when we were practically in party dresses daily? We’re counting down the days until the sundresses come out, but until then, a dreary stretch of January-February-March can mean a less-than-exciting reliance on jeans, boots and cozy sweaters. (That is, unless you’re making the awards show rounds this season—in which case, allow us to direct you to Red Carpet Dressing 101.)
What happened to our dresses? We’re pleased to report that this season, a winter dress is oh so right—even when the temperatures drop below freezing. Try a long-sleeved shift in luxe burgundy leather by Belstaff, a winter white embroidered evening take by J. Mendel, or one of our other favorite styles of the season—and don’t forget to accessorize accordingly! (Frostbite is not a look we’re going for.) Stock up on your Wolfords and let’s get started.
