Hello, EVERYONE! I am so excited to be the new women’s fashion director at Barneys!
Whereas I used to go to fashion shows just to cheer on my designer friends, now I have work to do! I have my notebook ready to take copious notes on everything I see — and can’t wait to share it with you.
You might be surprised to see me running around in flats – I know, fashion director in flats?? Huh?? But after injuring my back last fall in Pure Power Bootcamp – yes, the one you see on taxi TV – I promised my doctor that I would wear flats at least every other day. To console myself, I went to Barneys (where else?) yesterday and bought Lanvin snakeskin flats in British racing green.
I feel better already.
