Christophe Robin

“Christophe Robin is the most amazing salon—for hair color, of course because he is a divine colorist and his products are amazing, but also for cut. What I love about his new salon is the sense of really being in someone’s livingroom and then, oh yeah, that’s actress Catherine Deneuve sitting next to me! Paris is that way, it can be very intimate and neighborly if you go to the right places.” -Kate Betts

“Bar de La Croix Rouge is my hangout. For lunch, nothing beats their ‘Assiette Saint Germain’, which is an open-faced roast beef sandwich poilane with little cornichons. This is a classic and while it’s a tiny neighborhood place, you will see the most interesting mix of people there.” -Kate Betts
