We’d like to welcome you to the newly revamped CO-OP on the 8th floor of our Madison Avenue flagship. Barneys CO-OP is a way of life, and we’ve updated our space so that it’s a place where boy literally meets girl: we’ve broken down the walls between men’s and women’s to create a 22,000-square foot concept shopping experience. The streamlined modern space is a collaborative project between architect Yabu Pushelberg, Barneys CEO Mark Lee, and Creative Director Dennis Freedman.
And since this is what we consider our 2.0 version, we’ve added an interactive café, genes@CO-OP, where shoppers can grab a meal while checking out what’s new and of note at Barneys on a digitized tabletop. Whether you come for breakfast, lunch, or an evening snack, the kid-friendly menu offers comfort food for all.
And because we know you mainly come for the clothes, Barneys will continue to add new collections. For men, we now have Alexander Wang and AMI by Alexandre Mattiussi, and for women, we’re thrilled to welcome 10 Crosby by Derek Lam and Thakoon Addition, among others.
Whether you come to shop, savor a bite, or both, we’re excited to share this new shopping experience with you.
